HISTORY OF AIRSA

2018

ESTD of All-India Research Scholar’s Association (AIRSA)

The All-India Research Scholar’s Association (AIRSA) was tentatively created in 2018, when, we raised an issue for the hike in fellowships for the welfare of researchers and to improve the research scholars' experiences across the country. The Indian Research Scholars come together for fellowship issues under the umbrella of AIRSA. Then, we hold a meeting with the DST Secretary, Principal Scientific Advisor (PSA) PMO Govt of India, and the Honorable Education Minister, Govt of India, Relate to the fellowship revision and other important issues for the fostering of Indian Research Scholars in New Delhi. At that time research scholars were dedicated to developing a nonprofit, autonomous, self-sustained, and national scientific platform, or organization for the welfare of the research fraternity and science, and research development across the country.

2021

AIRSA was officially registered

After various efforts and hurdles, the AIRSA was officially registered on August 21, 2021, Under the Section 8 Act, 2013 under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs to tackle tough issues in the Indian Research scholars’ space and achieve positive policy changes.

2024

Our Logo Rebranding

In 2024, AIRSA Board of Directors Members will be going to announce a special logo designed to commemorate the Association's completion of five years.

ABOUT AIRSA

The All-India Research Scholars Association (AIRSA) has been established as a leading, dedicated, autonomous, self-sustained, and National Scientific organization for the welfare of Indian research across the country.

Which is the voice of Postgraduate, Ph.D., JRF, SRF, RA, NPDF, and Project Scientists? Our main aim is to help and make a good infrastructure for research in India. Apart from that, for the fostering of researchers, need a healthy and prosperous environment for research across the country. Instead, revise the research scholars’ fellowship and solve the research scholar’s problems, who are facing a problem during their research tenure.

To improve impartiality and eminence in education and innovative research by administering research-based valid, reliable, efficient, transparent, fair, national, and international-level assessments. The best facility to regularize the disbursement of fellowships, an excellent laboratory facility, and create a monitoring committee to visit every institution, and directly connect with the researcher to resolve unethical activity inside the institution. The security professionals will ensure that the current gaps in existing assessment systems are properly identified and bridged with researchers.

AIRSA was created with the prime motto to bridge the drift and strengthen the voice of Indian Research Scholars in all allied fields at state, and national levels, instead of connected with international researchers for the welfare of research scholars. AIRSA advocates for resolving the researcher's issues, apart from that AIRSA also helps better job opportunities, post-doctoral fellowship positions at national and international levels, and scientific career advancement.

At the individual, organizational, and national levels, we facilitate enhanced professional growth, raise awareness, and collaborate with stakeholders in the research scholar’s community.

KEY OBJECTIVES

To work for the welfare of research scholars (Masters, Ph.D. JRF, SRF, RA, PDF, Project Research Position) who are pursuing Ph.D. and involved in research in research institutions across the nation.
To vocation for the researcher’s injustice and stop harassment across the country
To provide the best platform to exchange scientific innovative ideas through the AIRSA Annual meeting, including scientific lectures, national or international scientific conferences, national or international workshops, and scientific debate competitions.
To provide scientific skill management and scientific leading skills for the development of scientific growth.
To provide academic activity and the training program dissertation work for young researchers with certificates entire the nation.
To work for the welfare also for medical and non-medical students and deprived sections of society and will help during natural disasters towards the public.
To conduct efficient, transparent, and international standards of research to assess the competency of candidates for admission and recruitment purposes.
To undertake research on educational, professional, and learning systems to identify gaps in the knowledge systems and take steps for bridging them.

FUNCTIONS

To identify collaborator institutions with adequate infrastructure from the existing higher education institution and research institutions which would facilitate the conduct of online systems without adversely impacting their academic and scientific routine.
To create a scientific and innovative research temperament for all steam using the modern techniques
To establish a strong R & D culture as well as a pool of experts in different aspects of testing
To help individual colleges and universities in the field of research and to provide training and advisory services to institutions in India.
To provide quality dissertation services to academic institutions in India.
To develop a state-of-the-art culture of study in India by using domestic and international expertise. To collaborate with international organizations.
To undertake an examination that is entrusted to it by the various Departments of Non-Government organizations and Central /state government departments.
To undertake the reforms and training of school boards as well as other bodies where the testing standards should be comparable with the entrance examinations.
To reform the best infrastructure for research & development and regular disbursement of fellowship
To create a monitoring committee to visit the various research institutions and directly discuss with the research scholars in various issues, whatever have been faced by the students in their research tenure across the country.
To make a grievances cell for the research scholars’ problems across the nation.
